1. The pattern is unclear.

Reasons: improper ink selection or quality problems of the ink itself. The ink is too fast, the printing patterns and lines are not clear, the ink viscosity is too high when the pattern is insufficient or the line breaks, and the pattern is insufficient or the line is broken during printing. The printing phenomenon affects the normal use of ink.

Solution: Use a slow-drying solvent that replaces the appropriate ink to prepare the diluted ink and a thixotropic agent to reduce the viscosity of the slow-drying solvent to dilute the ink. Choose the correct printing that pays attention to the ink performance of the printing screen to increase the strength of the squeegee. At the same time, the surface of the printed matter that pays attention to the uniformity of the squeegee is processed (the substrate of the printing rough grain can be printed with varnish or other materials after the primer).

2. Obvious reticulation appears.

Reason: The ink dries too quickly, and the ink viscosity is too high, and the mesh with insufficient fluidity is too thick.

Solution: Use a slow-drying solvent to adjust the ink of the ink, add a thixotropic agent to reduce the viscosity, and use a high-mesh net that improves the flow performance of the ink.
