Screen printing quality evaluation standard :
1. High temperature storage test.
Storage temperature: +66℃.
Storage time: 48 hours.
Acceptance standard: After the sample is placed at room temperature for 2 hours after being released from the oven, the printed surface has no wrinkles, blisters, cracks, peeling, and no obvious change in color and gloss.
2. Low temperature test.
Storage temperature: -40℃
Storage time: 48 hours.
Acceptance standard: After the sample is placed at room temperature for 2 hours after being released from the oven, the printed surface has no wrinkles, blisters, cracks, peeling, and no obvious change in color and gloss.
3. High temperature and high humidity storage test.
Storage temperature/humidity: +66*C/85% relative humidity.
Storage time: 96 hours.
Acceptance standard: After the sample is placed at room temperature for 2 hours after being released from the oven, the printed surface has no wrinkles, blisters, cracks, peeling, and no obvious change in color and gloss.
4. Thermal shock test.
Storage temperature: 40*C/+66'C.
-40°C+66°C is a cycle, and the temperature conversion time does not exceed 5 minutes, a total of 12 cycles.
Acceptance criteria: After the sample is placed in the oven for 2 hours at room temperature, check the parts: the printed surface has no wrinkles, blisters, cracks, peeling, and no obvious change in color and gloss.
5. Silk/pad printing adhesion test.
Test purpose: To evaluate the adhesion of silk/pad printing paint.
Test tool: 1.3M600 transparent tape or transparent tape with a viscosity greater than 5.3N/18mm.
Test method: Stick the 3M600 transparent tape on the printed font or pattern of the sample to be tested, flatten it by hand, then pull the tail of the tape and the test surface up to 90 degrees, quickly tear off the tape, and repeat the same part 3 times.
Acceptance criteria: Observe the surface with naked eyes, and silk 1 pad printing fonts or patterns should be legible without peeling.
6. Friction test.
Test purpose: to evaluate the adhesion of the coating surface paint and silk/pad printing paint.
Test device: eraser.
Test method: Fix the test piece, use 500G vertical force, 15MM stroke to rub back and forth, once per single stroke. Silk/pad printing font or pattern, rubbing 50 times continuously.
Acceptance criteria: Observe the surface with naked eyes, the abrasion cannot be bottomed out, and the silk/pad printing should be clearly identifiable.
7. Anti-solvent test.
1) Isopropanol test. Drop 1 ml of isopropanol solution onto the sprayed surface or silk/pad printed surface of the sample. After 10 minutes, wipe the isopropyl alcohol solution with a white cloth.
2) Anti-alcohol test.
Test method: Soak a 99% alcohol solution in a cotton ball or white cloth, and then wipe the same position of the printed font and pattern on the sample 20 times with a pressure of 1 kg and a speed of once per second.
Acceptance standard: After the surface of the sample is wiped, the printed font or pattern should be clearly visible, and the color should not lose gloss or fade.
